Support playlists
It would be nice to pick a playlist when filtering the list of music to select. Not sure if it is possible to support iTunes "Smart" playlists too, but that would be awesome!

Add change notification for Zune
It would be nice to support Zune as you do with iTunes: after making changes to files with MP3helper, you can notify iTunes of the changes so any files already on your player get replaced on next sync.
